We accept returns only on new, unopened and unused products. Items delivered to the customer defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item.
Simply contact us for a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order. Please also be sure to include a copy of your receipt so that we may identify the order.
The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
The client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, always keep your return tracking number on hand in case your package gets stolen or lost during shipping. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.
